Am honestly so pleased with what you get for the price! From the moment we checked in to the moment we walked into the room, its been exactly what we needed for a long day on the road. For a mother and daughtee duo, this place is it! So quaint and clean. Its like they thought of everything! They even folded the end of the toilet paper roll into a diamond!! With an armchair, desk, lamps, great bed, etc. And all so cute! The lady at the front desk was also insanely sweet :) couldn't be happier!
Was honestly a bit upset when told by the lodging service my company uses that I’d be staying a week in this place instead of the newer/nicer “hotel” I expected. This place is the typical motel where you park at the door to your room in a gravel parking lot. I arrived just before midnight, ringing the bell on a dark office that also functions as the caretakers living area. I was greeted by an obviously just sleeping, robe wearing but very nice and accommodating host who took my info and welcomed me to my room. Still apprehensive, I parked and entered a rather spacious very clean and pleasant smelling room. The shower worked well, had plenty of hot water and pressure was better than most. The beds were comfortable and clean and the room had a coffee maker, mini fridge and flat screen TV. Over all comfortable staying here a week not sure on the price as I didn’t pay for the room. If the price is right for you, this place could be a good deal.
This place is clean, cozy, and very friendly. My husband and I were passing through and needed a place to hang our hats and park our camper for the night (it was too late and we were too tired to set up at a campsite). Everyone is super friendly and accommodating, and the motel's decor is awesome, homey, and delightfully quirky. The prices are reasonable and the rooms are cute. Definitely going to make our way back through here in the future.
Clean, comfortable room with walk-in shower. A/C worked well. Owner very nice. No ice machine on property at this time. Room had mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Bed was just right, good pillows.
"Clean, comfy, and convenient! This motel exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff, cozy rooms, and a great location. Highly recommend!"
Stayed here for over 2 weeks while waiting on my travel trailer to get out of the shop. This motel is hands down the best I have stayed at, great location and rooms. And Dawn is a great host! Makes you feel right at home and had the room cleaned and bed made daily. Would definitely stay here again!
Can't even put into words for awesome the new owner is. Clean place, hot showers decent beds. Couple things that aren't perfect but no problem at all. I would absolutely stay again. Hell I'd visit just to say hello to the owner. Awesome lady awesome place
The Sagebrush Motel is a great place to stay. I was going to push through to Casper where the rooms were $150 to $200 a night and decided I would take a chance on The Sagebrush Motel and I had the best hotel experience I've ever had. It's right on highway 26 near all the amenities one could want. If you are willing to get off your duff and walk block there is a bar and restaurant called Crazy Tony's where you can have a meal, sit at the bar or grab some beers to take back to your room. It really wouldn't be any more effort than getting to the restaurant in a five star. There is also a convenience store very close for munchies. The hotel owner, barkeep at Crazy Tony's, the cashier at the convenience store, and a local fella who was working on a skid steer and helped me with a six pack of Corona were all fine people. I had a freshly purchased motorcycle and tools in the back of my truck and was able to back right tight to my room window which gave me a feeling of security. This is the opposite of the hotels I called in Casper where I was on my own. The lady who owns it is in the process of remodeling the rooms but they are immaculate. I've stayed in chain hotels where I needed to clean the bathroom myself before my traveling companion would use it. That was not the case here. It's an attractive place with faux log siding and an even gravel driveway like those you see at British manors in the movies. The Sagebrush Motel is a fine place to stay. It's clean and comfortable with all the amenities nearby. Skip the big towns and chain hotels with their high fees and taxes. Choose The Sagebrush Motel and experience small town America at it's finest.
